September is packed with Local Food celebrations!

Every week in September there is some delicious way to celebrate our region’s local food community. We hope you’ll have room to squeeze one or two of these onto your calendar. And if you’re in the neighborhood, be sure to find us and say hello at any of these upcoming events:

9/8 & 9/9: Garlic Festival at Shaker Square where Noelle Celeste, Edible Cleveland’s publisher, will be a judge of some delicious garlic dishes.

9/14-9/16: Ingenuity where we will join forces with Food Font to play with our food!

9/14-16: Ohio Paw Paw Festival, Lake Snowden, OH where Steve Corso, the writer of our Paw Paw feature ,will be a judge.

9/16: Dean’s Forum at Trinity Cathedral where Noelle & Jon will talk about starting Edible Cleveland together this year.

9/16: Honey Tasting Event with Lake Erie Creamery and La Campagna on the beautiful That’ll Do Farm. You can get tickets at

9/20 & 9/21: Sustainable Cleveland 2019 4th Annual Sustainability Summit celebrating the work of the Year of Local Food and kicking off the new sustainability theme for 2013.

9/21 & 9/23: International Public Markets Conference bringing together hundreds of market managers from throughout the world to discuss issues and opporutnities facing these important public institutions.

9/22 & 9/23: RIPE Fest! No. 3 where once again we’ll team up with Food Font to add a healthy serving of creativity to your plate at this family-friendly weekend at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens.

9/29: Citywide Potluck at Edgewater Park, a new party being kicked off to bring the city together for a homemade feast.
