Marilou Suszko

Marilou Suszko is a local food writer and author of Farms and Foods of Ohio (Hippocrene, 2007) and The Locavore’s Kitchen (Swallow Press, 2011), both of which highlight local farms, farmers and seasonal foods. Her work appears in numerous local and regional publications. She is the co-author of Cleveland’s West Side Market: 100 Years & Still Cooking (University of Akron Press, October 2012).
