- 2 frozen ripe bananas,
- Raspberry sauce (below), to taste
- Olive Tap dark chocolate balsamic vinegar, to taste
- Grape-Nuts, to taste
If using a Yonanas machine, the bananas may be used whole when frozen. Other machines may require the bananas to be sliced into sections before freezing. Use machines as directed. Place the bananas in the machine. Cover with raspberry sauce. The riper the bananas, the sweeter the “soft serve.” Sprinkle with chocolate balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of Grape-Nuts for crunch —or all of them or none of them.
Makes 1½ cups
- 10 ounces frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar or more to taste
Mix raspberries and balsamic vinegar in a food processor until uniformly smooth. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
