Even a simple glass of seltzer becomes special with the addition of these ice cubes.
- 1 quart distilled water
- Edible blossoms and herbs, clean and dry
Boil the distilled water and let cool completely. Fill the bottom third of an ice cube tray with water. Set a flower or small piece of herb into each cube and freeze until firm. Fill the tray with another third of water, gently pushing the flower down if it floats. Freeze until firm. Fill remaining third and freeze again.
