Pumpkin Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 2 tablespoons plain roasted pumpkin (no oil, salt, pepper)
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup pear juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of ice

Blend well and serve.
