Ramp Ranch Dip With Chef’s Garden Veggies

  • 10 ounces Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Greenhouse Tavern craft beer vinegar
  • 4 ramps, sliced
  • 4 wild chives, sliced
  • 2 garlic mustard leaves
  • Salt to taste

Place yogurt in big mixing bowl and season with oregano, sriracha and vinegar. Slice ramps, chives and garlic mustard extremely thin and mix in to yogurt. Season with salt to taste. Serve with Chef ’s Garden Veggies for dipping. Enjoy.
