Catch of the Month

We wait all year for the three glorious months of summer when farmers markets and our own gardens are turning out fabulous produce. If we look just a bit to our north, Lake Erie is doing the same. Here are three recipes—one for each summer month—that highlight the produce and fish most abundant at that time. Feel free to play around with the ingredients and use whatever you have the most of. Summer is, after all, all about easy.
