Parker Bosley

A true pioneer, Parker Bosley introduced Cleveland to the idea of sourcing food locally. His restaurant, Parker’s New American Bistro, was twice recognized by Gourmet Magazine as one of America’s 50 best. Parker grew up on a dairy farm in Trumbull County, trained at the La Varenne School in Paris, later worked at the Michelin-starred restaurant Michel Pasquet, and today he is the chef in residence at Fresh Fork Market.
