This light, delicate spritzer is a refreshing addition to a spring meal. The ginger tea is readily available in Asian markets such as Tink Holl. Wildflower honey adds a tasty floral note to the drink.
- 8 bags chamomile tea
- 2 bags ginger tea
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 liters seltzer water
Bring 2 cups water to a rolling boil. Place tea bags in a small bowl, cover with the water and let steep 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water and discard bags. Sweeten with honey. Fill 10–ounce glasses with ice, add 1/4 cup tea mixture and top with seltzer.
