Drink recipe: The Florence

Jes Walsh from The Plum mixes up some of her favorite botanical cocktails

Makes 1 drink

  • 1 ounce Mi Campo tequila
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1/2 ounce fresh beet juice
  • 1/2 ounce Pom Wonderful juice
  • 1/4 ounce lime juice

Combine and shake. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with an orange peel.
