
Fruit with On-The-Spot Whipped Cream
Makes 4 servings
You may have seen the videos for making whipped cream in a mason jar. If you simply substitute a large, chilled thermal mug with a secure top you can make whipped cream anywhere!
- 4 cups chopped fruit (berries, pineapple, kiwi)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Pack the fruit and place it in a cooler. Place the cream, sugar and vanilla in the thermal mug and place it in cooler as well. To make the whipped cream, shake the mug for 3-4 minutes. Spoon over fruit.
