This drink is also called Haymakers Punch as it was served to refresh farmers as they gathered in the hay. It can be drunk as is, with some added soda water, or even a splash of white rum.
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Refrigerate for 2–24 hours. Shake before straining over ice and serving.
