- 1 bunch kale greens
- 1⁄4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 1⁄4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Tomato, sliced
Wash kale and chop in a food processor using the slicer blade, or hand chop fine. Blend olive oil and garlic into a paste. In a bowl, mix kale, tamari, nutritional yeast, lemon juice and as much of the garlic paste as desired. Serve with avocados and sliced tomatoes. To your health!
