- 1 cup walnuts
- 4 cups Italian parsley
- 4 cups spinach
- 4–8 garlic cloves (depends on how much you love garlic)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
