- 12 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 16 ounces sour cream
- ⅓ cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine the bacon, sour cream, green onions, cheddar, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Stir well to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Allow the dip to chill for at least one hour before serving with Shearer’s Original Kettle Cooked Potato Chips.
