Cuyahoga County

Central Roots

Run by the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities, produce is grown on sustainable urban farms that support people with disabilities. Includes some value-added products.

Summer season: first week of June-October (22 weeks). Winter season November-May.

Price: $550 to $1,500.

More than 30 pickup locations throughout Northeast Ohio, including Cuyahoga, Summit, Lake, and Lorain counties.

Omnivore, vegetarian and vegan options available.


Grace Brothers CSA,

Large variety of fruit and vegetables, pasture-raised poultry, free-range eggs, hormone-free dairy products, and options for sunflower oil, maple syrup, dried herbs, bread, etc.

Refugee Response At Ohio City Farm

Rising Harvest Farms

Sow Food

Price: $105 per week. Minimum order one month, three meals for two people per week.

Pickup locations at Café Avalaun, 4640 Richmond Road, Unit 200, Warrensville Heights, Earth Fair in Fairview Park, Heinen’s in Strongsville and Willoughby, and the Beachland Ballroom.

This CSA delivers only prepared meals made primarily from locally produced ingredients.

Murray Hill Farm,


Late May-late October (20 weeks)

Prices: $425-$1,345

Pickup at the farm at 5761 Ferry Road in Wakeman, at the Lakewood Screw Factory, at the Oberlin Library parking lot, and at Friendship Church in North Olmsted.

Less expensive shares are vegetable only, more expensive shares include meat and eggs. Monthly winter box also available from November-May. Farm accepts credit cards.


Mulberry Creek Herb Farm

Three eight-week seasons starting in June, August, and October.

Prices: $200

Pickup at the farm at 3312 Bogart Road in Huron.

Deadline to sign up for each session is one month prior. Mulberry Creek is a certified organic farm.



Rainbow Farms

Pickup locations include Case Western Reserve University, Richmond Heights Hospital, Parker Hannifi n, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, and farmers markets in Willoughby and Shaker Heights, with additional locations to be added. Other locations can be added for minimum 10-20 pickups depending on distance.

All food grown at the farm; farm grows over 200 vegetable and fruit varieties.
